Media and communication

The Youth Center uses different social media platforms such Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, as well as print media and radio to reach the target audience. Social media is a highly effective and economical tool for reaching young people. In 2022, there were nearly 4 million social media users in Laos.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Vientiane Youth Center's services through social media, radio programs, print media and the Center’s website
  • Design and create promotional material for different media channels
  • Collect data to evaluate the impact of different media activities
  • Train volunteers as radio/TV program presenters
